Return & Exchange Policy

Important Notice-

We only accept mailed returns on items purchased through our website.

You have a legal right to cancel your order and request a refund at any point up to 14 days following delivery. If you'd like to make a cancellation or return your order then you must contact us

- When returning orders please provide proof of posting (such as a post office receipt).

In the unlikely event that your order is faulty/damaged your right to cancel is extended to 30 days.

If we feel that your order has been used, tampered with or purposefully damaged this may affect your statutory rights to a full refund under current legislation.
